Please read the ordering instructions carefully as the full price of your order and the time frame in which it will be delivered is dependent upon many factors.

In your correspondence please include the item number, and description. In addition, please give a contact name, phone number, contact address, shipping address, and E-mail address if possible. An order form below contains all the pertinent information for ordering. A representative of Crescent Creations will contact you to follow up with your request.

A completed description, and a 50% nonrefundable down payment must be received before construction of any custom order pieces will commence. Typically, the wait time for custom order pieces is anywhere between 2 wks - 3 wks, dependent upon the availability of your Semi-Precious Crystal or Gemstone choice and our schedule at the time your order is received. You will be notified as to the wait time.

All products seen on this website are available and ready to be shipped.

All postage will be shipped USPS and shipping charges will be added to the invoice.

Taxes will be assessed for shipment of goods to the following states:

 Alabama - 7%
Florida - 6%
New York - 8.25% varies
Tennessee - 8.25%

We will make every effort to process your order as quickly as possibly. However, please understand that Crescent Creations strives to maintain 100% customer satisfaction and that unforeseen instances can impact the response time for an order. If your order has some time-limiting factor, please include that in the correspondence and we will try to make every accommodation. We truly appreciate your business and make every effort to ensure that our customers remain happy.

All returns must meet the following requirements or they will be returned to sender:


*A copy of the invoice must be included in return package.
*Items must be in original box and jewelry price tags must still be on the jewelry or the item will be considered used.
*Shipping charges are non-refundable.
*All returns must be packaged in a padded enveloped and insured. Damaged goods will not be accepted.
*All wholesale returns must be packaged in a padded enveloped and insured. Damaged goods will not be accepted. Wholesale orders must be returned by mail within 7 days from the date of receipt only.
*All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
